2. Giải pháp

Dowload file hỗ trợ sửa lỗi MicrosoftRootCertificate tại link dưới đây

Bước 1: Chuột phải vào file vừa tải về chọn Install Certificate

Bước 2: Tích chọn Current User nhấn Next Chọn Place all certificates in the following store => Browse => Trusted root certificate Authorities => OK và chọn Next

Bước 3: Chọn Place all certificates in the following store => Browse => Trusted root certificate Authorities => OK và chọn Next

Nhấn Next rồi chọn Finish

Nếu máy hiện cảnh báo, anh/chị chọn YES rồi sau đó OK để hoàn tất quá trình add certificate

 

Sau khi hoàn tất quá trình add cert thì cài lại .Net famework
